Since its inception in 1958, Pioneer Adhesives, Inc., formerly known as Republic Chemicals Ltd., has lived by its purpose to empower our people, our community, through providing them with the tools necessary to hone their skills.
​
Pioneer’s legacy started with the formulation of its very first epoxy, a name that now resonates nationwide simply as Pioneer Epoxy, and the Pioneer family has since then grown to a wider range of products. Adhesives, sealants, coatings – which include familiar names such as Mighty Bond and ElastoSeal.

From a small factory in Aurora Boulevard with thirty employees, we have grown to over six hundred, including a three-hectare manufacturing compound in Laguna, and expanded internationally with offices in India and Indonesia.
